The Perfect Pancake

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 3 egg whites (1/4 cup liquid egg whites)
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Dash of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 sweet n low (stevia, truvia, etc etc)
  • Macros: 18g C/ 17g P/ 3g F
  • Can most certainly be turned into waffles!!

Chocolate Waffles (makes 4 in waffle maker) 

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 2 stevia packets
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions: Add to blender and then to waffle maker ❤

 

Homemade Cranberry Granola

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup protein granola (with a touch of dark chocolate)

(I got this at Walmart)

1/2 cup dried cranberries (I used Great Value Brand)

1/4 cup liquid egg whites

1/4 cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter) mixed beforehand with 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup Natural Jiff Creamy PB

Mix all of these first then add in 1/4 cup honey to make everything stick.

 

Overnight Oats: 

Blueberry Maple–>

3/4 cup quick oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

Add blueberries and walden farms

Chocolate Banana –>

3/4 cup quick oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tablespoon cocoa

1 small banana
