Low Carb/Low Fat Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Flatout Rosemary and Olive Oil Thin Pizza Flats
  • 99% lean ground turkey
  • 1 laughing cow cheese wedge (I used garlic and herb)
  • Pizza Sauce ( I use Hunt’s Garlic and Herb)

Directions:

  • Pre cook ground turkey ( I always cook my proteins at the beginning of the week)
  • 1/2 flatbread (I use only half of flatbread but you could double the recipe)
  • Put 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on flatbread
  • Cut laughing cow cheese into slices
  • Place 2 oz of ground turkey on top
  • Broil for 1 minute
  • Enjoy pizza!
